引言
本报告是根据《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》（以下简称《条例》）要求，由石景山区司法
局编制的2010年度政府信息公开年度报告。
全文包括概述，主动公开政府信息的情况，依申请公开政府信息和不予公开政府信息的情况，因政
府信息公开申请行政复议、提起行政诉讼的情况，政府信息公开工作存在的不足及改进措施。
本报告中所列数据的统计期限自2010年1月1日起，至2010年12月31日止。本报告的电子版可在司法局政

This report is prepared according to the requirement of the Decree of Government
Information Openness of the PRC and annual reports by the bureau of justice of Shijingshan
District on information openness.
The text of the report includes the following content: summary, voluntary disclosure of
government information, disclosure of government information upon request and non-
disclosure of government information; application for administrative re-examination and
initiated administrative proceedings due to disclosure of government information; and
deficiencies of government information openness and measures for improvement.
The data listed in the report is collected from the period starting from January 1 2010 to

一、概述
根据《条例》要求，2010年1月1日起我局开展本年度政府信息公开工作。为此，专门配备了1名兼职
工作人员，设立了1个专门的信息申请受理点，并开辟了4个公共查阅点。截至2010年底，我局政府信息
公开工作运行正常，政府信息公开咨询、申请以及答复工作均得到了顺利开展。
二、政府信息主动公开情况
（一）公开情况
本局2010年共主动公开政府信息48条，其中全文电子化率达100%。
在主动公开的信息中，机构职能类11条，占总体比例的22.92%；法规文件类1条，占总体比例的
2.08%；规划计划类信息7条，占总体的比例为14.58%；行政职责类1条，占总体比例的2.08%；业务动态
类信息28条，占总体的比例为58.33%。
（二）公开形式
在主动公开的信息中，为方便公众了解信息，本局在行政服务大厅设立了信息查询点，并且在局机
关办公室也设置了信息查询点，同时将相关内容公开在办公网站上。
三、政府信息依申请公开情况
我局2010年无依申请公开信息。
四、人员和收支情况
（一）工作人员情况
本机关从事政府信息公开工作的兼职人员共1人。
（二）依申请公开政府信息收费情况
2010年本机关依申请提供政府信息数量为0，未收取检索、复印、邮递等成本费用。
五、咨询情况
2010年，本局共接受公民、法人及其他组织政府信息公开方面的咨询0人次。本局网站2010年度政府
信息公开专栏访问量因网站无相关统计栏目而无法得知。
六、行政复议和行政诉讼情况
2010年，针对本局政府信息公开的行政复议申请0件，针对本局政府信息公开的行政诉讼案0件，针
对本局政府信息公开的申诉案0件。
