（一）申请F签证延期的，可以申请延长停留期不超过180日。（二）申请换发F签证的，可以申请换发入境有效期不超过１年，停留期不超过180日的零次、一次、二次或多次签证。签证换发的停留期限自本次入境之日起连续累计不得超过1年。（三）延长签证停留期限，仅对本次入境有效，不影响原签证的入境次数和入境有效期，且累计延长的停留期限不超过原签证注明的停留期限。

1.申请M字签证延期的，可以申请延长停留期不超过180日。2.申请换发M字签证的，可以申请换发入境有效期不超过5年，停留期不超过180日的多次签证（签证换发的停留期限自本次入境之日起累计不得超过1年）。

(I) F Visa

Applicants for an extension of an F visa may apply to extend their stay for no more than 180 days.

Applicants for a replacement of an F visa may apply for a new visa with an entry validity of no more than one year and a duration of stay of no more than 180 days, which may be a zero-entry, single-entry, double-entry, or multiple-entry visa.

The extended stay period applies only to the current entry and does not affect the number of entries or the validity period of the original visa. The total extended stay period shall not exceed the originally approved duration of stay indicated on the visa.

(II) M Visa

Applicants for an extension of an M visa may apply to extend their stay for no more than 180 days.

Applicants for a replacement of an M visa may apply for a new multiple-entry visa with an entry validity of no more than five years and a duration of stay of no more than 180 days. The cumulative stay period of the replaced visa shall not exceed one year from the date of the current entry.
